After receiving several quotes and meeting several contractors, I decided to choose Carlos Morales and Specialize Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to install a new air conditioner and furnace and install all new ducts in my home on October 26, 2009. Not only did dealing with the owner of the company made it much more easier to negotiate the best price possible because you don't have to deal with the middle man (salespeople who are probably on commission) which can be very frustrating when they start to try to sell you something you really don't want or actually need. I found Carlos to be very honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely looking out for the consumer. He's a man of his word. He said the install will be done in 1 day and his men got the job done in that time frame. He completes all the necessary forms for you to receive any rebates, registers your products for you for the manufacturer's warranty, and ensures that you are completely satisfied before accepting any payment. I recently had a service call with Specialize Heating and A/C. I can surely appreciate their service. The technician Fausto arrived on time & within a short time had my a/c unit up & running.
